Though this would seem to be the beginning of a new project, yet it is really the culmination of much time and thought even from this beginning.
Where do things begin? This blog is in some sense a history of the work of God in our families' lives, but where shall we see that as starting? In 1917? earlier? how much earlier, a generation? two? The work of God in history would seem to be the intermingling of His servants as their lives touch each other and further His work. Who could have known what a decision to serve God instead of the Navy back in 1914 would mean?
